A sweet woman, matriarch and “bollabuster”. A treasure. She will be missed.

The Kreiters and the Chapliks. Lincolnwood’s best memories and friendships. Ruthie and Harry and their beautiful family were loved by my Chaplik family. Ruthie made my mother laugh and smile. My mother will miss her so. The aging process is so painful to lose one’s cherished friends and loved ones but it is also a blessing of timeless devotion.
Holding you all in our hearts.

Sheryl although I did not know your mother I always loved hearing the stories you told about her great spirit and her great will. I know you will miss her and I know that her memories will live with you forever . Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

My Aunt Ruthie is the cutest, kindest, and most genuine person that you would have the pleasure of knowing. She was always well dressed and looked so fashionable. Her immaculate dress was surpassed by her enormous heart and her love of her family and friends. She always greeted you with a smile and good cheer. She loved my Uncle Harry for more than three quarters of a century. They were an amazing couple. Aunt Ruth always had a piece of cake or candy ready for your enjoyment. My mother, Sharon, really loved my Aunt Ruth. The two of them became very close over the years. Although Aunt Ruth lived to be almost 101, missed it by that much, it was not enough. Her zest for life and the love that she showered on all who were close to her was truly infectious. Aunt Ruth shall endure in our hearts and minds forever. On behalf of my wife, Debbie; children, Joe and Michaela; and my mother, we send our deepest sympathies to the Harry and Ruthie Kreiter Clan. We share in your grief and sorrow. Love you, Sam David
